1Â Interpretations and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

This section provides definitions used in this Privacy Policy. The definitions apply throughout Dub Dub Data’s Platform and related documents.
“Account” means unique logins for each Platform it operates, including separate logins for the Hub and the Marketplace. An "Account" is a unique profile created for a User to access and utilise Dub Dub Data’s Platforms.
“ABN” (Australian Business Number) refers to a unique 11-digit identifier issued by the Australian Business Register (ABR) that is required for businesses operating in Australia. An ABN is used to identify businesses to the government and community, and it facilitates dealings with other businesses and regulatory entities.
“Australian Consumer Law (ACL)” refers to the set of national laws providing protections and rights to consumers in Australia, as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
“Dub Dub Data (“We”, “Us”, “Our”)” refers to Dub Dub Data Pty Ltd, an Australian company, ABN: 57 678 121 956, providing the Platform and related services, and its associated corporate entities.
“Dubber” refers to a registered vendor on the Dub Dub Data Platform who offers Products related to data and analytics.
“Feedback” means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of Our Platform.
“Hub” means the community and training component of the Platform, designed to facilitate networking, learning, and collaboration among members through forums, events, and other interactive features.
“Marketplace” refers to the online sales Platform provided by Dub Dub Data, allowing Dubbers to list and sell Products to Buyers.
“Order” means a request by You to purchase or trade by any means Products on the Platform.
"Personal Information" is information We hold which is identifiable as being about You. This includes information such as Your name, email address, identification number, or any other type of information that can reasonably identify an individual, either directly or indirectly.
“Platform” means Dub Dub Data’s website and associated services, tools, and functionalities, including the Marketplace and Hub, accessible from www.dubdubdata.com.
“Product” means any good, service, training, coaching, consulting, template, downloadable file, or other offerings listed by Dubbers on the Platform.
“Third-party Social Media Service” means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Platform.
“User (“You”)” means the individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Platform, whether as a Buyer, Dubber, or other participant.
“User-Generated Content” means material generated and posted by Users on the Platform, including but not limited to listings, reviews, comments, forum posts, meetups, challenges and media uploads.

2 We respect Your privacy
- Dub Dub Data respects Your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of Our customers and website visitors. This policy sets out how We collect and treat Your Personal Information.
- We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and to the extent applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3 What Personal Information is collected
- Dub Dub Data will, from time to time, receive and store Personal Information You submit to Our website, provided to Us directly or given to Us in other forms.
- You may provide basic information such as Your name, phone number, address and email address to enable Us to send You information, provide updates and process Your Order.
- We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when You provide Feedback, when You provide information about Your personal or business affairs, change Your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with Our customer support.

4 How We collect Your Personal Information
- Dub Dub Data collects Personal Information from You in a variety of ways, including when You interact with Us electronically or in person, when You access Our website and when We engage in business activities with You. We may receive Personal Information from third parties. If We do, We will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.
- By providing Us with Personal Information, You consent to the supply of that information subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
5 How We use Your Personal Information
- Dub Dub Data may use Personal Information collected from You to provide You with information about Our Products. We may also make You aware of new and additional Products and opportunities available to You.
- Dub Dub Data will use Personal Information only for the purposes that You consent to. This may include, to:
- provide You with Products during the usual course of Our business activities;
- administer Our business activities;
- manage, research and develop Our Products;
- provide You with information about Our Products;
- communicate with You by a variety of measures including, but not limited to, by telephone, email, sms or mail; and

If You withhold Your Personal Information, it may not be possible for Us to provide You with Our Products or for You to fully access Our Platform.

- If there is a change of control in Our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, We reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law Our user databases, together with any Personal Information and non-Personal Information contained in those databases.
6 Disclosure of Your Personal Information
- Dub Dub Data may disclose Your Personal Information to any of Our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
- If We do disclose Your Personal Information to a third party, We will protect it in accordance with this privacy policy.
7 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the European Union (EU)
- Dub Dub Data will comply with the principles of data protection set out in the GDPR for the purpose of fairness, transparency and lawful data collection and use.
- We process Your Personal Information as a Processor and/or to the extent that We are a Controller as defined in the GDPR.
- We must establish a lawful basis for processing Your Personal Information. The legal basis for which We collect Your Personal Information depends on the data that We collect and how We use it.

8 Your rights under the GDPR
- If You are an individual residing in the EU, You have certain rights as to how Your Personal Information is obtained and used. Dub Dub Data complies with Your rights under the GDPR as to how Your Personal Information is used and controlled if You are an individual residing in the EU

- We have an offices and/or facilities in Australia and New Zealand. Transfers to each of these countries will be protected by appropriate safeguards, these include one or more of the following: the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission which You can obtain from the European Commission Website; the use of binding corporate rules, a copy of which You can obtain from Dub Dub Data’s Data Protection Officer.
- The hosting facilities for Our website are situated in Australia, Ireland, and United States. - Our Suppliers, Contractors, and Dubbers are located in various countries. For the most current list of countries where data may be processed or accessed, please refer to Our Global Footprint: Dubbers & Supplier Countries webpage, which is updated as We onboard new Dubbers and suppliers. Transfers to each of these Countries will be protected by appropriate safeguards, these include one or more of the following: the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission which You can obtain from the European Commission Website; the use of binding corporate rules, a copy of which You can obtain from Dub Dub Data’s Data Protection Officer.
- You acknowledge that personal data that You submit for publication through Our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.
10Â Security of Your Personal Information
- Dub Dub Data is committed to ensuring that the information You provide to Us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

We may modify this Policy at any time, in Our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon Our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board. Dub Dub Data may allow You to create an Account and log in to use the Platform through the following Third-party Social Media Services. These Third-party Social Media Services, may include, but is not limited to:- Apple
   If You decide to register through or otherwise grant Us access to a Third-Party Social Media Platform, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Platform’s account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.
   You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company or Operator through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company or Operator permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
